By accessing or using the Demora platform, including our desktop application and website (usedemora.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Demora provides a peer-to-peer (P2P) remote desktop solution. Our service facilitates secure, encrypted connections between devices. You understand that Demora is a facilitation tool and that you are responsible for the hardware and network stability required to use the service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Demora for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized access to remote systems (hacking).
- Distribution of malware or malicious software.
- Interference with the stability of our signaling servers.
- Any activity that violates local or international laws.
4. Intellectual Property
The Demora software, logos, and website content are the property of Demora Technologies Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the software is granted under a limited, non-exclusive license corresponding to your subscription tier.
5. Limitation of Liability
Demora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the software, particularly in self-hosted configurations where you manage the security environment.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our managed signaling services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
